World Cup 2026:Blame it on Eric Chelle -Abbey George

The last is yet to be heard as regard the Super Eagles game against Zimbabwe in the ongoing World Cup 2026 qualifying game last Tuesday in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The latest is former Super Eagles and Port Vale defender, Abbey Peterson George, who emphatically put all the blame on the door steps of Nigeria’s head Coach for their draw against Zimbabwe

Expectation were very high after Nigeria defeated Rwanda in Chelle’s first match 2-0 in Kigali but couldn’t replicate same at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium as the Super Eagles fell to a late equalizer thereby halting the gains made from the Rwanda game.
